What investors asked us most this quarter

Every quarter we notice patterns in the questions investors bring to us. Sharing them helps others feel less alone in wondering the same things.

By far the most common theme was how off-plan payment plans actually work in practice — when instalments fall due, and what happens at handover. Close behind were questions about the Golden Visa and whether a particular project might meet the property criteria.

We also fielded plenty of sensible questions about currency, fees and the practical steps of buying from overseas. These are exactly the conversations we enjoy, because they lead to better-informed decisions.
