Properistic Global helps prospective Australian purchasers understand and explore selected Dubai property opportunities.

Third-Party Relationships

Properistic Global may maintain commercial relationships with selected UAE developers, brokerages, channel partners, marketing partners and service providers.

The inclusion or presentation of a developer, project or property on our website does not mean that every opportunity available from that developer has been independently endorsed or is suitable for every purchaser.

Purchasers should undertake their own due diligence before proceeding.

How We May Be Paid

Properistic Global may receive a referral fee, marketing fee, commission or other commercial remuneration from a developer, licensed UAE brokerage, channel partner or other third party when a person introduced by Properistic Global proceeds with a transaction.

This creates a commercial interest in transactions involving certain partners or properties.

Where required or appropriate, further information about the nature of a relevant commercial relationship can be provided upon request.

No Guarantee of Suitability

The fact that a property is presented, discussed or shortlisted does not guarantee that it is suitable for your individual financial circumstances or objectives.

Factors including purchase price, location, developer, property type, payment structure, anticipated completion, rental demand and potential resale should be independently assessed.

Direct Contractual Relationship

Unless specifically disclosed otherwise, Properistic Global is not the seller or developer of the property.

Your property purchase will be governed by the documents and agreements entered into with the relevant developer, seller or other contracting party.

You should read those documents carefully and obtain independent professional advice before signing or transferring funds.

No Guarantee of Returns

Any references to rental yields, capital growth, investment returns, market forecasts or similar metrics are provided for general informational purposes.

Actual results may differ materially because of market conditions, property-specific factors, operating expenses, service charges, vacancy, currency movements, taxation and other circumstances.

No rental income, capital appreciation or investment return is guaranteed.

The final decision to purchase a property remains yours.
