We collect the personal information you choose to provide, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry (such as your budget range, preferred locations and any questions you send us).

We do not seek sensitive personal data (as defined under the PDPL) and ask that you do not send it to us through the Site.

We collect this information directly from you when you complete a form on the Site, including our registration, enquiry, callback-request and review forms, or when you otherwise contact us by phone or email.

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and callback requests;
• arrange and follow up consultations;
• provide information about Dubai property projects relevant to your enquiry; and

We disclose your personal information to Dubai developer partners only with your consent, so they can respond to your interest in a specific project. We may also disclose information to service providers (such as hosting, email and CRM providers) who assist us in operating the Site and our business, and where required or authorised by law.

Where a recipient of your personal data (with your consent) is located outside the United Arab Emirates, that transfer may involve a cross-border disclosure. Where we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to handle it consistently with the PDPL.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
